The LPN Employee Health Nurse supports the health, safety, and well-being of Trinity Health employees through coordinated clinical assessments, injury follow-up, immunization programs, and ongoing health monitoring activities. This role responds to on-site employee health concerns, provides first aid, and assists with the evaluation of work-related injuries to support safe, timely return-to-work planning. Working collaboratively with Human Resources, department leaders, and external partners, the LPN Employee Health Nurse helps ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and advances workplace health and safety initiatives. The LPN Employee Health Nurse frequently walks and stands while evaluating employees, administering immunizations, and supporting onsite assessments.
