Responsibilities

• Develop, implement safety policies and procedures to align with industry standards and legal requirements (OSHA, state regulations).
• Create comprehensive emergency response plans for various scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and train employees on safety requirements.
• Conduct regular staff training on emergency procedures and drills.
• Coordinate incident responses and lead communication with staff and external agencies.
• Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor facility safety and maintain equipment and security systems.
• Identify hazards and mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on regulations and ensure facilities adhere to them.
