B2S LifeSciences LLC in Franklin, Indiana onsite is seeking an ELN Administrator to lead the design, development and maintenance of electronic lab notebook templates across GLP/GCP environments, ensuring data integrity and cross-functional usability.

You will serve as SME for Sapio ELN, translate study protocols and SOPs into standardized templates, manage changes, provide user training, and collaborate with QA, IT, and scientific teams to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
2–5+ years in a regulated lab, CRO, or pharma environment.
Experience with Electronic Lab Notebooks (e.g., IDBS E-Workbook, Benchling, LabWare ELN) is preferred; Sapio ELN preferred.
Experience developing ELN templates and working with ligand binding assays or related workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain ELN templates for ligand binding assays, including PK, immunogenicity (ADA), and biomarker workflows.
Design, build, and maintain ELN templates for Critical Reagent workflows.
May require translating study protocols, assay methods, and SOPs into structured ELN formats.
Ensure templates support accurate, complete, and consistent data capture.
Maintain version control and lifecycle management of ELN templates.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ELN template generation, qualification and implementation within a regulatory environment.
Other duties as assigned.
