HealthFund Solutions is seeking a Team Lead for the Eligibility/Sponsorship unit to oversee daily operations at a Daytona Beach hospital facility. You will manage staff, coordinate with management, and engage with hospital administration to ensure timely processing of applications and sponsorships.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience, strong leadership, confidentiality, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of related experience
• Ability to lead by example and guide staff
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Responsabilités

• Distribute daily census
• Review applications for submission to case resolution specialists
• Review sponsorship delinquencies for patient contact
• Approve sponsorship delinquencies for dedicated income support
• Maintain minutes for weekly team meetings
• Assist onsite with screening or submitting applications as needed
• Attend meetings and communicate with hospital leadership
