Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in New Hampshire seeks an Electronic Bench Technician for hands-on electro-mechanical assembly, alignment, calibration, and diagnostic troubleshooting of high-precision equipment. The role supports lab operations, repairs, and coordination of parts and shipments with engineering teams locally and overseas.

A technical degree is not required if you can read schematics and have soldering experience; on-site work only with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read schematics.
• Experience soldering and using electronic test equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Data entry and basic computing to summarize results.
• Prior defense/aerospace electronics experience is a plus.
• Military technical or vocational training is a plus.
• On-site work only (no remote).

Responsibilities

• Experience with operational and technical aspects of a wide variety of technical products.
• Read/manufacturing schematics and process docs.
• Use a variety of hand tools and test equipment.
• Participate in development and delivery of training courses.
• Conduct routine repair, diagnosis, service and upgrades of company’s products.
• Help develop standard repair and integration procedures.
• Inventory management with a part-time administrator.
