Job summary

BlueCrest is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support for high-volume printing and mailing equipment on Long Island, NY. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs at client locations, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

The role offers a starting rate of $28 per hour plus DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package. We value hands-on problem solving, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years diagnosing and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems with diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced service role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods.
• Proficient with service software, reporting tools, and mobile devices.
