Job summary

Chariot Defense Inc. in San Bruno, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our onsite team. You will assemble electro-mechanical hardware, perform wire/harness work, test sub-assemblies, and support quality controls in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of manufacturing experience, strong communication, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions while meeting pace and quality standards. Onsite five days per week with occasional extended hours may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional work experience in a manufacturing environment assembling complex electro-mechanical hardware products.
• Experience assembling electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBA hand soldering/repair, wiring/harness and testing electronic sub-assemblies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort with basic computer software.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Bruno, CA, five days per week and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and perform basic fabrication and fitting tasks using hand tools; test finished products for quality and defects.
• Maintain 100% production traceability and adhere to inventory management; escalate documentation gaps.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to improve process efficiency and product manufacturability.
