Job summary

IES Residential Inc in Houston, TX seeks an Electrical Estimator to support project teams, maintain quality, and ensure customer expectations are met.

You will collaborate with internal departments, subcontractors, and vendors, prepare estimates, review drawings, and manage documentation while complying with safety and company standards. This is not remote and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant certifications preferred or required where applicable.
• Experience: estimator II or related field; 2–4 years preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties to support departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors as required.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for assigned responsibilities.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency efforts.

• Assist leadership and team members with daily operational activities.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
