Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, technical trade certification, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment and 3+ years of project management.
• 2+ years of industrial power distribution and system design (breaker sizing, amp draw, SCCR, panel loading).
• 2+ years of technical-drawing experience (review, feedback, change negotiation).
• Bid-spec development and contractor negotiation.
• Ability to evaluate electrical and safety compliance to local and national codes.
• Willingness to travel 15% internationally and work about 10% overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assess project feasibility, define scope, schedule, and budget; prepare scope of work, bids, and specs.
• Review technical drawings and negotiate changes.
• Evaluate electrical power systems and safety compliance to codes.
• Evaluate power distribution, breaker sizing, amp draw, SCCR, and panel loading.
• Specify electrical components for industrial equipment.
• Coordinate with third-party safety contractors and vendors.
