Job summary

AMP United seeks an EHS Technician to promote health and safety across our sites, inspect operations, and support EHS programs. You will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, implement protective measures, and reduce risks to workers and the environment.

The role reports to the ESH Safety Manager and requires daily site inspections, documentation, and collaboration with supervisors to maintain a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Competent Person certification and related training desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow safety guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections in accordance with federal, state, and local EHS policies.
• Prepare reports on inspections, incidents, and employee concerns.
• Coordinate with customer safety reps and managers.
• Inspect confined spaces and certify entries.
• Maintain MSDS/SDS and lab samples for contracts.
