Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and environmental regulations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments across manufacturing, warehouse, and office areas.
• Support environmental permitting, reporting, and regulatory recordkeeping.
• Maintain OSHA logs and regulatory documentation.
• Administer safety programs including LOTO and Hazard Communication.
• Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Track and analyze safety metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Deliver new hire safety orientation and ongoing safety training programs.
• Monitor environmental compliance activities and reporting processes.
