Job summary

Location: Timberlake, NC (onsite) Schedule: Full-time | Exempt**About the Role**Voltage is seeking an experienced EHS professional to oversee environmental, health, and safety compliance within our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while driving a proactive safety culture, reducing risk, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.**What You’ll Do*** Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and environmental regulations.* Conduct routine audits, inspections, and assessments across manufacturing, warehouse, and office areas.* Support environmental permitting, reporting, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.* Maintain OSHA logs and ensure accurate regulatory documentation.* Administer safety programs including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Hazard Communication.* Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.* Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.* Track and analyze safety metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.* Deliver new hire safety orientation and ongoing safety training programs.* Monitor environmental compliance activities and reporting processes.**What We’re Looking For*** Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.* 3-5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.* Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.* Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.**Why Join Us?*** Lead safety and environmental initiatives in a growing manufacturing environment.* Play a key role in building a proactive, safety-first culture.* Opportunity to drive meaningful impact across operations.**Additional Information**Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. The Company will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment visa, including without limitation, H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN status, or I-485 job portability or similar immigration processes.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity, fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees thrive.
