Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Site EHS Manager to partner with the operations team, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and foster a proactive safety culture at the facility.

Reporting to the EHS Director for Manufacturing, you will lead EHS programs, manage site KPIs and data reporting, coordinate incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs to achieve and exceed regulatory compliance.
• Lead the site in regulatory permitting and monitoring activities.
• Manage site EHS KPIs and reporting metrics to address risk and drive accountability.
• Provide leadership to promote a safety-first EHS culture across the facility.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation to drive continuous improvement.
• Train site staff on EHS data management, EAP, and emergency response.
• Coordinate incident investigations and identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Oversee environmental permits and regulatory reporting.
