Job summary

LEGACY Supply Chain is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Leader for our Mt. Juliet, Tennessee facility. You will drive EHS compliance, lead safety programs, and coordinate training for employees, contractors, and temporary staff.

The role interfaces with senior management and customers to maintain a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate will manage OSHA reporting, lead investigations, and oversee audits and training, while maintaining a safe and compliant DC environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of safety/regulatory compliance experience in manufacturing/warehouse
• Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations: OSHA, EPA, DOT
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; effective relationship building
• OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 training certification

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legacy leadership and ABB on EHS initiatives for the DC.
• Manage OSHA recordkeeping, safety metrics, and corrective actions.
• Lead safety orientation, training, and monthly safety meetings.
• Oversee JSA program and safety audits; ensure proper safe work methods.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis; train on corrective actions.
