Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking an on-site EHS Coordinator to drive a safe, incident-free production environment. You will engage daily with floor teams, mentor supervisors, and enforce EHS management systems across multiple shifts.

This hands-on role requires strong coaching, regulatory knowledge, and proactive risk mitigation. You will partner with operations and maintenance to advance TPM goals, support environmental programs, and manage safety training records.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
• Manufacturing or industrial EHS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS initiatives and training for 24-hour operations.
• Coach supervisors and employees on safety observations and risk-based discussions.
• Maintain OSHA compliance through audits, inspections, and training.
• Lead incident investigations using root-cause analysis.
• Support environmental permits and regulatory reporting.
