Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking an Regional Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to drive site culture and corporate safety strategy. You will lead development and evaluation of SIF and critical safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and engage leadership to achieve a zero-injury environment.

The role interfaces across the Doors Division EHS team, guides hazard identification, and mentors site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EH&S, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience leading EHS efforts in an industrial manufacturing setting, with multi-facility exposure.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and conduct formal risk assessments across manufacturing processes.
• Support locations with EHS compliance, training, audits, and program development.
• Develop and update Safety Foundations and SIF programs with the Doors Business Unit EHS.
• Lead site EHS staff development and training; drive EHS action plans and governance.
