Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with high-risk activities including LOTO, confined space, fall protection.
• Experience with EHS trainings and control of hazard energy.
• Incident investigation, root cause analysis, and related reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and needs of client accounts.
• Gather data to support performance, compliance, concerns, and improvement to account management and market area.
• Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance within the assigned account and market area.
• Assist in executing HSE plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account or market area.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information. Asks questions and check for understanding.
