BigBadToyStore, Inc. in Somerset, Wisconsin, is seeking a Product Listing Specialist to build and maintain product listings, optimize content for SEO and LLM interpretation, edit images, and collaborate across teams to ensure our catalog is accurate and engaging. The onsite role includes two shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

and 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Ideal candidates will have Photoshop experience, proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Google Docs, and strong writing and

Qualifications

• Proven experience using Adobe Photoshop (2025) or similar software.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Google Docs, chat and file transfer tools.
• Strong keyboarding and computer skills.
• Prior experience in product listing, content creation, or eCommerce.

Responsabilités

• Create and update listings using vendor materials and online sources, ensuring accurate categorization and tagging products for searchability.
• Write and revise product descriptions, featured highlights and box contents.
• Edit product images using Adobe Photoshop 2025, capture and edit photos when stock images are not available.
• Make pricing decisions using established guidelines.
• Recommend new products and monitor industry trends.
• Collaborate internally to resolve listing issues.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
