Job summary

BigBadToyStore, Inc. in Somerset, Wisconsin, invites applications for a Product Listing Specialist to join our Product Department. You will create and maintain listings, optimize content for SEO and LLM interpretation, edit images, and collaborate across teams to keep our catalog accurate and engaging for collectors and shoppers.

The role is onsite, with Monday–Friday hours and shifts 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using Adobe Photoshop (2025) or similar software.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Google Docs, and collaboration tools.
• Strong keyboarding and computer skills.
• Prior experience in product listing, content creation, or eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Create and update listings using vendor materials and online sources; ensure accurate categorization and tagging for search.
• Write and revise product descriptions, featured highlights, and box contents.
• Edit product images with Photoshop 2025; capture/edit photos when stock images are unavailable.
• Make pricing decisions using established guidelines.
• Recommend new products and monitor industry trends.
• Collaborate internally to resolve listing issues.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative environment.
