The role requires a Master’s in a behavioral health field, a Virginia clinical license, and experience in counseling, group facilitation, and workplace well-being programs; accurate documentation and collaboration with leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field required.
• Virginia independent license (e.g., LICSW, LCSW, LCPC) required.
• Minimum 2 years in alcoholism and substance use disorder field.
• 3+ years in assessment and counseling; group facilitation experience.
• Experience hosting virtual or onsite sessions; strong documentation skills.
• CEAP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conducts individual assessments and teaching coping skills.
• Plan and facilitate onsite seminars and small group discussions.
• Provide referrals and ensure connection with EAP/resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the database.
• Support leaders and managers on workplace concerns.
• Contribute to a culture of employee well-being.
• Represent Revive in client objectives and program goals.
• Visit local facilities for staff and policy reviews.
• Write and edit wellness-related articles and presentations.
