Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health professional with current clinical licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience in a work-site or organizational setting.
• Preferred bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provides short-term counseling, including crisis intervention for individuals at the work-site
• Facilitates referral into the benefit plan or community resources
• Responsible for employee-related consultations for behavioral health issues at the workplace
• Supports Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) debriefings
• Provides employee/management orientations regarding the EAP services
• Delivers training and lunch-and-learn sessions
• Other duties as assigned
