Job summary

Saulsbury Industries in Midland, Texas is seeking an On-Site Quality Control Inspector for the E&I Division to support the Project E&I QC Lead/Manager. The role ensures quality procedures, reviews drawings, certifies on-site staff, and coordinates hold points and 3rd-party testing.

You will drive the quality program, maintain project records, and report progress to leadership while working with client representatives and construction teams on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience as an E&I project quality inspector.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Familiarity with NEC, NETA, IEEE, VE-2 codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage quality documentation and turnover.
• Ability to lead document turnover and punch lists.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents and drawings to ensure quality compliance.
• Ensure all on-site staff are certified for the work assigned.
• Oversee 3rd party inspections and testing.
• Maintain and review project quality documentation and data.
• Conduct system completion walk-downs and report deficiencies.
• Maintain punch lists and report open items weekly.
