Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking an On-Site Quality Control Inspector for our E&I Division in Midland, TX. You will work on-site with project teams, ensuring quality procedures are followed and certifications are maintained for all personnel.

You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and Saulsbury staff to uphold safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. The role requires 5+ years of E&I quality inspection experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of on-site E&I project quality inspection experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Able to clear drug and background requirements.
Experience with NEC, NETA, IEEE, VE-2 codes.
Strong written communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Review project documents and drawings to ensure quality procedure and work practice compliance.
Ensure on-site staff are properly certified for their work.
Report completion status and inspections to the Project E&I QC Lead or Project Manager weekly.
Oversee 3rd party inspections and testing for compliance with project quality requirements.
Maintain and review project quality documentation and data throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform system completion walk-downs and report deficiencies.
Maintain punch lists and report open items weekly.
Provide quality-related guidance to field project teams.
