Collins Aerospace in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator / DT Site Lead to manage Digital Technology infrastructure and lead site-level DT services. The role blends hands-on administration of Windows servers, Active Directory, and network services with cross-functional leadership and stakeholder coordination.

This onsite position requires 100% presence in Jacksonville and an active U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years.
• U.S. Citizenship and active/transferable security clearance required on day 1.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and systems administration.
• Experience administering Windows Server and Windows client OS, AD, DNS, DHCP, and authentication technologies.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and independent prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, monitor, and support Windows-based server and workstation environments.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Perform system installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Lead site-level DT activities, coordinate with enterprise DT teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, plan infrastructure projects, and coordinate outages and changes.
• Provide senior technical guidance and drive permanent corrective actions.
