Job summary

SOC LLC is seeking an experienced Badge Office Manager to oversee badge offices and related personnel across multiple facilities in the Washington DC area. You will ensure credentials are handled per DOE Orders and provide security briefings to employees, visitors, and contractors for access to a DOE facility.

The role requires working with the DOE client, managing a team of five or more, and maintaining strict security and reporting standards. A valid DOE Q clearance or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent as required; two years may substitute for degree.
• Three years' experience with fingerprinting and knowledge of USAccess, C-CURE 900 Enterprise, and Personnel Security.
• Training in HSPD-12 Directive and FIPS 201-2; Certified Fingerprinting.
• Current DOE Q access authorization or equivalent clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage badge offices and personnel across facilities in line with regulations and contract guidance.
• Use Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Internet Explorer and Oracle for reporting and reporting creation.
• Provide management, oversight, and training to ensure badges are prepared, issued, recovered, and destroyed per DOE Orders.
• Conduct security briefings for employees, visitors, contractors and others for access to a DOE facility.
