Solera Corporation is seeking an Onsite Client Training Consultant to deliver hands-on Auto/Mate DMS training and guidance during dealership installations. This role emphasizes traveling up to 75% and working closely with dealership teams to ensure smooth deployments and user adoption.

You’ll tailor training content, build confidence with best practices, and help clients optimize their operations through effective reporting and dashboard creation.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of dealership Fixed Ops experience.
• 2-5+ years of on-site implementation experience.
• Auto/Mate DMS experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site or remote training sessions during installations.
• Provide expert advice on system setup and workflows.
• Collaborate with dealership management to collect data for reporting.
• Guide customers in creating custom reports and dashboards.
• Monitor training progress to ensure successful completion.
