Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct hourly warehouse employees
• Assign daily work to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Manage the flow of inbound and outbound materials
• Provide supervisory coverage across warehouse operations
• Build productive relationships with hourly employees, salaried teams, and union representatives
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational processes
• Complete daily employee time reporting
• Manage changing priorities, deadlines, and operational demands
• Accurately apply applicable labor agreements
