Tidal Basin Group seeks a Recovery Liaison for an onsite role in Indianapolis, IN. You will provide disaster recovery expertise to government clients and coordinate with state agencies, local jurisdictions, community stakeholders, and other recovery partners to support the coordination, implementation, and documentation of recovery activities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in disaster recovery, emergency management, or government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in disaster recovery or emergency management.
• Experience with government programs and FEMA disaster recovery preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite disaster recovery support to government clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison among client, jurisdictions, state/federal partners, and recovery teams.
• Support development and implementation of recovery strategies and action plans.
• Participate in meetings with agencies and stakeholders to coordinate activities.
• Gather, organize, and maintain documentation for recovery programs.
• Track commitments, deadlines, and follow-up actions from meetings.
• Author summaries, status reports, and briefing materials for projects.
• Deliver responsive customer service throughout the recovery process.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance with client requirements.
