Qualifications

• University degree and 5+ years IT project experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information.
• 3–5+ years managing IT projects involving mobility solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience leading large teams to define and execute IT projects.
• Self-directed, able to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with site stakeholders.
• Vendor management.
• Identify and plan End User Services projects to support Collins IT needs.
• Deploy world-class technology and streamlined processes to enhance the digital environment.
• Manage multiple projects with contracted teams for infrastructure work.
• Develop and execute projects to refresh software and hardware in the computing environment.
• Collaborate with RTX and vendors to monitor service levels, projects and performance.
