Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Software Engineer to join the Flight Simulation Labs team in Daytona Beach, FL. The role focuses on modeling & simulation support for military platforms and delivering automated software pipelines in a DevSecOps environment.

You will work onsite at Daytona Beach and contribute to CI/CD, security automation, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Boeing Defense, Space & Security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CI/CD experience with deployment to cloud environments.
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
• 3+ years of scripting in Python, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud containerization.

Responsibilities

• Automation and tooling for installation and configuration of Windows and Linux components.
• Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environment.
• Embedding automated security and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintaining artifact repository environment.
• Automating build, deployment, and environment provisioning tasks.
• Developing and maintaining documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Developing and generating reports on system performance, security, and compliance.
• Supporting and guiding software developers in the use of DevSecOps tools and procedures.
