Swoon is seeking a DevOps/SRE Engineer to improve reliability, automation, deployment, and operational readiness across our software environment. This role spans DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and software engineering with emphasis on CI/CD, observability, production support, and incident management.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Jenkins CI/CD experience, understands production operations and observability, is comfortable with an on-call rotation, and can read, understand, and

- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on Jenkins experience.
- Experience with observability and production monitoring.
- Experience supporting production applications or systems.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot application code.
Mansioni
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and support Jenkins-based automation for build, test, deployment.
- Monitor health with observability, monitoring, logging, dashboards.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to issues.
- Support incident management/TOC activities, triage and resolution.
- Collaborate with software and DevOps teams to resolve production issues.
- Contribute to root-cause analysis and reliability improvements.
- Assess readiness for new deployments and releases.
