Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a DevOps Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage a hyperconverged cloud infrastructure in a security-conscious environment. You will build automated deployment scripts and partner with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines across Linux and Windows environments.

Key responsibilities include automation using Bash, Python, Ansible, and PowerShell, plus virtualization expertise with VMware/OpenStack/Nutanix.

Qualifications

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare, RedHat OpenStack, or Nutanix.
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server system administration.
• Experience with a scripting language such as Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a hyperconverged cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Bash, Python, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Test and validate automation solutions to ensure they meet requirements.
