Dexterity is hiring a forward deployed lead for a major customer program around Hagerstown, Maryland. The role owns the operational path from site readiness through installation, commissioning, training, handoff, and customer adoption.

It sits in product management but lives close to the floor. The person would coordinate customer operations, product, field engineering, services, support, and commercial teams so a Physical AI deployment becomes a repeatable operating model rather than a one-off

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex deployments or transformation programs.
• Strong customer-facing leadership in operational environments.
• Ability to connect site execution to product and support readiness.
• Comfort working onsite during deployment, commissioning, and handoff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated execution plan from site readiness to handoff.
• Coordinate customer operations, product, field engineering, services, support, and commercial teams
• Translate deployment plans into measurable operational outcomes
• Build customer trust during production rollout of robotics systems
