School Smiles On-Site Dental in Greenwood, IN is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations across multiple sites. This leadership role drives staff performance, scheduling, payroll, and process improvements while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on management.

You will oversee multi-site clinics, supervise and train staff, implement metrics-driven strategies, and collaborate with leadership to ensure compliant, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management.
• 3+ years supervisory or regional manager experience in healthcare or dental office management.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems (Paycom preferred).
