Job summary

The Kinsa Group is recruiting a Demand Planner for our client in Baltimore, MD or Cincinnati, OH. You will develop and maintain demand forecasts, translate customer demand signals into actionable planning data, and support manufacturing network decisions.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Production Planning and Operations to align forecasts with promotions, launches and capacity. Proficiency with ERP and forecasting systems, plus strong Excel/data analysis skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning or forecast-related supply chain planning.
• Experience in manufacturing, food, beverage or CPG environments.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyze demand forecasts using history, trends, seasonality.
• Translate demand signals into actionable supply and production plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Production Planning and Operations to align forecasts.
• Maintain planning data in ERP and create reports on trends and risks.
