Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent with one to two years’ experience in customer service, delivery, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Schedule customers in your designated area and assist in other areas as needed.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery details (date, time, COD).
• Monitor trips to ensure they are built, routed, and released to the DC on time.
• Provide outstanding service and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Explain storage policy to customers when needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and assist in problem resolution.
