Job summary

Biblioso seeks a motivated Lab Assistant Intern to support datacenter and hardware operations onsite in Redmond, WA. This hands-on role offers training and a clear path to a full-time Datacenter Technician.

You will assist with server builds, cable routing, OS installation, basic testing, and lab maintenance, with flexibility for night shifts. Recent graduates or students in Engineering Technology or Computer Hardware are welcome.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or student in Engineering Technology, Computer Hardware, IT, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Foundational understanding of computer hardware, components, and basic networking.
• Comfortable working with tools, following technical instructions, and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with physical installation of racks, servers, network devices, cabling, and power units.
• Help build and configure servers, including wiring and basic setup.
• Support routine lab maintenance and organization, including prototype and test hardware upkeep.
• Learn and assist with cabling, power routing, and equipment labeling.
• Participate in system setup and basic hardware validation under supervision.
