Qualifications

• Operational experience a plus!
• Experience interacting with external clients and internal business partners
• Proven interpersonal and project management skills
• Knowledge of Fidelity systems such as FPRS, PSW, MOX, and XTRAC are preferred but not required
• A strong professional reputation of building credibility and trust with diverse stockholders
• Flexible to work under the direction of management in a collaborative setting and or independently
• Written communication should be clear and audience-appropriate
• Able to address ambiguity with resourcefulness
• Capable of prioritizing multiple concurrent objectives and time allocations
• Self-starter and motivated to deliver results

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new incoming and outgoing data payroll feeds to/from assigned clients and vendors
• Elicit and collect business requirements and assist in solution creation, testing and enablement
• Support end-to-end project goals within the Data Exchange Implementation Team
• Work under Fidelity's onsite model and contribute to client data processing improvements
