Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking Data Center Technicians for our Data Center Operations team. This 100% on-site role involves hands-on hardware diagnostics, installations, structured cabling, and repairs across facilities. Compensation reflects experience, with on‑call duties and travel up to 15% as needed.

Candidates will be leveled during interview based on technical expertise and problem‑solving ability. A rotating on‑call schedule is required; living within 60 minutes of the site is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on hardware assembly, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to follow procedures, troubleshoot, and escalate when needed.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, rack, and maintain data center server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Perform hardware and network diagnostics on live and offline systems.
• Support equipment installations and OS/software provisioning.
• Maintain cabling standards and follow security protocols.
• Contribute to SOPs, technical docs, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to support operations and training.
