The position requires 5+ years in construction scheduling with advanced Primavera P6 expertise and experience in schedule recovery, delay analysis, and change management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6 from proposal through project completion.
• Analyze project progress, identify risks and delays, and develop recovery plans.
• Support Pull Planning, Lean construction efforts, and schedule impact analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, clients, and trade partners to keep projects on track.
• Conduct site visits and provide schedule reporting, forecasting, and change management support.
• Mentor junior schedulers and contribute to company scheduling standards and best practices.
