Lee Mechanical is seeking a Safety Coordinator to provide on-site safety support for a large data center project in Wisconsin. You will monitor activities, enforce safety programs, and help ensure compliance across field teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction safety, OSHA knowledge, and strong documentation skills. This role requires full-time, on-site work and a valid driver’s license. Procore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years safety experience in occupational/construction settings.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Strong written documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field employees and leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work full-time on site.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily construction activities for safe practices.
• Support OSHA compliance and safety observations.
• Assist with JHAs/STAs and daily permits.
• Support accident investigations and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with Safety Director, PMs, and field supervision.
• Use Lee/Procore processes for project documentation as required.
