Job summary

IREN is seeking an on-site Project Manager for a data center delivery in Sweetwater, TX. You will work daily with construction, procurement and engineering teams, handling controls, documentation and reporting.

The role emphasizes hands-on field work, learning the trade under Senior Project Managers, and a path to a Senior Project Manager position. On-site daily with travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in construction project engineering, project coordination or project controls.
• Qualifications in an engineering discipline, construction management or related field, or demonstrable experience in data center or industrial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Executive presence and reporting: document and communicate project risks, schedule and budget clearly and consistently, in written reports and in person, to project leadership.
• Experience in a fast-paced growth environment; flexible approach to work hours and site-based work.
• OSHA 30.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule updates, budget tracking and cost-to-complete inputs for the building in coordination with project controls.
• Maintain accurate and timely resource records (labor, timesheets, materials, subcontractors) and records of work completed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for Senior Project Manager and Project Director review.
• Present project status, risks and recommendations in project control meetings with leadership.
• Keep the building risk register current and track mitigation actions to closure.
• Support design and constructability reviews through IFC and track close-out.
