Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead nationwide mission-critical infrastructure projects in data centers, water/wastewater, natural gas, and industrial settings. The role covers estimating, contract negotiation, preconstruction, and construction execution, with onsite work in Edgerton, Kansas and travel to assignments.

The position includes per diem while on assignment and a monthly vehicle allowance, in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• Degree in PM/CM/Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in Construction or Project Management.
• Experience with data centers, water/wastewater, natural gas, or complex industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs with Estimators to prepare bid proposals.
• Solicit quotes from subcontractors and vendors and ensure compliance.
• Draft and review contract documents and negotiate terms.
• Manage all contractual requirements for projects.
• Review change orders and resolve disputes.
• Review engineering deliverables for compliance.
• Manage submittals and RFIs.
• Plan and execute projects on schedule and budget with field ops.
• Draft subcontracts, purchase orders, and work orders.
• Lead meetings with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Track and report on quality, safety, progress, and cost.
• Forecast and report project finances.
• Coordinate with field operations to ensure conformance.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and other estimating tasks.
