Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Project Director/Project Manager to lead ground-up delivery of Midwest data center campuses from preconstruction through turnover. You will direct GC/MEP teams, utilities, and vendors to deliver on time and on budget, upholding hyperscale standards.

You’ll own the master schedule, manage budgets and procurement of long-lead equipment, and drive commissioning and handover to operations while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction project management.
• 5+ years delivering data center or mission-critical projects.
• Ground-up delivery of data center builds 50 MW+.
• Experience managing $100-250M+ projects.
• Skilled in scheduling and cost control; OSHA/NFPA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle, ground-up delivery of data center campuses.
• Represent the owner, manage GCs, trades, and utilities to meet schedule, cost and quality.
• Own the master project schedule; drive critical-path planning and recovery.
• Manage budgets, cost reporting, change orders, and forecasting.
• Coordinate procurement of long-lead equipment and liaise with utilities.
• Oversee design reviews, RFIs, submittals, and IST commissioning.
• Drive safety and compliance with OSHA and local codes.
• Lead project meetings and status reporting for stakeholders.
