Job summary

IREN seeks a Senior Project Manager – Site Network Delivery to act as the on-site owner’s representative for network infrastructure at a data center campus in Kiowa, Oklahoma. You will manage low-voltage crews, drive meet-me room readiness, and ensure pathways, racks, and power are built into early construction.

You will coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil trades, maintain the project master schedule, and report risks, schedule, and budget to the campus leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in telecommunications, structured cabling or data center construction with 5+ years as owner’s representative or PM on data center projects.
• Able to read and challenge Division 27 drawings and specifications: fiber counts, pathways, cable tray, racks, panels, labeling and testing requirements.
• Hands-on field experience managing low-voltage and fiber contractors: submittals, RFIs, rough-in and trim inspections, punch lists and non-conformance close-out.
• Knowledge of fiber test acceptance: Tier 1 insertion loss, Tier 2/OTDR, polarity and end-face inspection, and test package interpretation.
• Strong project administration skills: RFIs, submittals, logs, meeting minutes, action registers, change-orders and pay-applications.

Responsibilities

• Low-voltage contractor management: act as the IREN voice on scope and acceptance; coordinate with field teams and engineering.
• Drive room, entrance, and pathway readiness: ensure pathways, racks, and power meet network requirements.
• Maintain and integrate network milestones in the campus schedule; participate in coordination meetings.
• Conduct field inspections for labeling, workmanship and acceptance of fiber installs.
• Prepare telecom change-order packages for director approval; review pay applications.
• Capture NetBox/DCIM data during construction and assemble the handover package.
• Provide day-to-day direction and feedback to any supporting project managers.
• Provide concise network status updates to the Director, Network Delivery and campus leadership.
