Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, a technology solutions firm, seeks a hands-on Data Center Hardware Test Technician to support R&D environments in Redmond and Totem Lake, WA. The role focuses on the physical setup, operation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of server hardware and lab infrastructure.

You will work with servers, TTVs, thermal test blocks, coolant systems, SST testing, and related hardware, following detailed procedures, documenting results, and collaborating with engineers to

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on hardware test lab, data center, or lab experience.
• Experience installing, maintaining, or troubleshooting physical servers and related hardware.
• Experience hardware validation, reliability testing, or system stress testing.
• Familiarity with thermal testing, liquid cooling, coolant systems, test blocks.
• Ability to read and follow technical procedures, diagrams, and safety documentation.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, sensors, or monitoring systems.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical server hardware and test equipment.
• Set up and support servers and devices under test in data center and lab environments.
• Work with thermal test blocks, coolant systems, TTVs, and related testing infrastructure.
• Perform SST testing and hardware-validation activities.
• Document results, capture measurements, and maintain test records and tickets.
• Escalate unexpected results and equipment failures to engineering teams.
• Maintain organized, safe lab and data center environments.
