Job summary

Nscale is seeking an Onsite Technical Program Manager who owns the data center floor from early access to full rack energization and handoff to the Logical Deployment team. You drive schedules, coordinate with OEMs and partners, and translate construction realities into actionable plans on site.

You will spend most time on site (data center floor) and report to the Director, Physical Deployment, ensuring blockers are cleared and milestones met with clear documentation and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center, hyperscale infrastructure or large‑scale hardware deployment.
• Hands‑on delivery of GPU or HPC clusters, from data hall readiness through rack energization.
• Experience with data center power, cooling, structured cabling and rack integration.
• Proven track record coordinating OEMs, data center operators and construction partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the site schedule: manage data center early access, rack delivery, power, cooling, cabling and hardware acceptance testing.
• Run daily stand‑ups with data center partners and OEMs; keep rack‑level status current.
• Manage supply and site risk: track GPU, rack, switch, cabling materials and BOM, coordinate with Supply Chain.
• Hold partners to the plan; verify SOWs, staffing plans and quality; hand off cleanly to Logical Deployment.
• Improve deployment: feed back learnings to tooling team; report status and risks to leadership.
