Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring to lead the technical direction and architecture for custom software solutions onsite in the United States. You will guide teams through design and delivery, set coding standards, and ensure scalable, high-performance systems aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, adoption of best practices, and the evolution of development processes to boost efficiency and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud platforms, with AWS as the primary platform and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, AWS SDK, DynamoDB, RDS, ECS, EKS, OpenSearch, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven, serverless, and distributed systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with data and API integration technologies, including FastAPI, OAuth 2.0, OpenAPI, and Amazon API Gateway.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD.
• Minimum of 2 years of programming experience with Python, SQL, Java, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
• Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and guide the team through decisions and implementations.
• Drive adoption of best practices in software design and architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
• Support and mentor team members to foster continuous learning.
