The Vomela Companies in Indianapolis, IN are seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to serve assigned retail and direct mail clients. You will evaluate requirements, outline campaign execution strategies, and balance objectives with cost and production capabilities to drive profitable growth.

Collaborating with Sales, Prepress, Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance, you will lead service improvements, analyze performance, and propose effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in print, manufacturing, marketing services, logistics, account management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, business, financial, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend production and distribution solutions.
• Develop service strategies to support customer objectives and profitability.
