Job summary

Taranis is seeking a highly driven Customer Success Representative to own customer relationships, ensure onboarding and ROI, and drive renewals for agricultural retailers and growers. This on-site role is based in Westfield, IN with periodic travel to customers.

Responsibilities include onboarding, ROI delivery, upsell pursuit, and ongoing engagement, working with Regional Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deepen accounts and ensure successful integration of Taranis Intelligence

Qualifications

• 3+ years in agricultural retail, cooperatives, agronomy, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships, drive retention, and show ROI.
• Ownership and accountability with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Account Manager and act as day-to-day contact for accounts.
• Lead pre-season onboarding, alignment, and expectation setting.
• Maintain proactive, high-touch engagement to capture ROI stories.
• Monitor account health, adoption, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver ROI reviews and renewal support to customers.
• Coordinate expansion and upsell with Regional Managers.
• Deliver trainings and platform walkthroughs, including webinars.
• Maintain accurate activity and renewal status in Salesforce and GONG.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience.
